Product Design Services include:

• Concept Development - Includes brainstorming sessions, investigative research and concept sketch generation. From this point, ProTek can shape the overall design, appearance and ergonomics of your product.
• Design Engineering - Whether it's validating your design or generating new product designs, our engineers are skilled in applying 3D CAD tools, as well as finite element analysis and Moldflow®. This stage verifies and tests your design to ensure longevity and manufacturing success.
• Material Selection – We can review your product requirements and help you in material choices decisions. ProTek work with a large number of material manufactures who can ensure speedy delivery of quality materials. Material testing is also possible in a variety of thermal and chemical environments.
• Physical Models – We offer a wide range of modeling services to support your design engineering needs, including:
